Meet Our Team

  • Founder of Everyday Corporate, she is passionate about enabling people to increase their productivity by using cloud, app-integration solutions and technology, in order to focus their time on more important aspects of their business and produce value-added work.

    Colleen used to work as an ex-auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”). Prior to Everyday Corporate, she has experience in accounting for MNCs and social organisations, and have worked with more than 50 organisations to achieve productivity gains by process improvements.

    Other than working, Colleen’s typical work day comprise the changing of diapers of a young child, doing the laundry and cooking for the family. 

  • A marketing professional for over a decade with strong expertise in brand communications, public relations, content and social media marketing. She is well trained in Corporate Communications and has worked with brands such as Club Med, Oakwood, Pan Pacific and Ascott. She is originally from Singapore and currently based in Houston, Texas. She is currently working with clients from around the world with small and medium sized businesses, as well as partnering with agencies and freelancers to help brands get their stories and messages heard.

  • Clydina Tan

    ACCOUNTING MANAGER

    Clydina is a Singapore Chartered Accountant since 2010. She graduated from Nanyang Technological University, Nanyang Business School with a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy. Clydina started her career with Deloitte & Touche LLP, auditing listed companies and also specialise in reputable media and advertising firms. After audit, she branched out into more specific accounting roles in real estate industry and performed IPO due diligence work before landing herself in the banking industry in 2011 and have been in the industry ever since.

    Having spent 11 years in the banking industry, Clydina has carved out a niche in budgeting and forecasting and managed a multi-year project financials in the bank. As a regional finance business partner and controller, she was given exposure to drive budget and forecast discussions with the senior management and providing sound financial advice and analysis in identifying any risk and opportunities. Clydina builds a strong relationship and maintains good rapport with her customers and able to gain their trust through her dedication in her work. In order to excel in her role, harnessing the data and data storytelling is crucial in successfully managing the budget and communicating effectively to her stakeholders. Hence, her experience in data visualisation tools such as Tableau software proves to be very useful as well.

  • Tan Qian Ying

    ACCOUNTING MANAGER

    Qian Ying is a detailed oriented and meticulous professional who is currently pursuing the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants ("ACCA") certificate on a part time basis. She has a driven individual who continues her professional education in keeping up to date with the latest regulatory requirements to provide reliable and accurate advise to her clients.

    Having graduated from the University of London with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Accounting and Finance, she started her career in a mid-sized audit firm. This developed in her a keen problem-solving mindset from which she would be able to advise and provide solutions to business owners. She is highly proficient in handling full accounts including GST reporting and corporate tax computation.

    Currently , she possesses more than 5 years of accounting experience in various industries. Throughout her previous engagements as an accountant and external auditor, she has deep insight into an array of business accounting across industries such as F&B, investment holding, trading industry, software and web development, shipping, legal and professional advisory services, pre-schools, etc.

  • Trixia Toh

    BUSINESS OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

    A dedicated operations professional in the hospitality and technology sectors, Trixia has spent close to a decade in multinational corporations ensuring operational success, resolving challenges and leading teams of 8-9 people in her previous roles there.

    A curious learner, empathetic individual and collaborative team player, Trixia is detail oriented and reliable in making sure that day to day operations often go smoothly. In this part-time role with Everyday Corporate, she supports the daily business operations in the Corporate Secretary and Communications teams.

    As a mother of one, pottery and floristry are some of the things that Trixia whirl with in her spare moments.
